Hairstyling and Bridal hairstyling is where Drew’s true passion and creativity lies. As mentioned in her bio, Drew furthered her education in hairstyling, and she specifically chose to specialise in hairstyling as she had a natural talent for it. 

Among her peers, and those who have had her look after their locks, Drew has developed a reputation as “the hairstylist with magic hands.” And there’s no denying that her work will transform you. Her special touch ensures all who are served by Drew look amazing and feel even better. After all, it is her aim to ensure her clients leave with the confidence to tackle the world.

Drew is a qualified hairdresser with over 16+ years of knowledge, skills and experience. As a previous salon owner and with her background in hairdressing she can help analyse hair types, textures to design a hairstyle that frames the face to suit and enhance your existing look. 

Drew also ensures and encourages her clients to look after their hair and she can suggest a hair maintenance plan in the lead up to your wedding day or for everyday use to ensure your hair is in optimal condition all the time. Drew founded Sydney Hair & Makeup Co in 2006. She trained in makeup at various makeup schools. Showface (a previouse hairstyling and makeup academy) was one of the accademies that put her on the map as she was trained in TV, Film and Bridal. Showface at the time was one of the main accademies and makeup shops that worked with the TV and Film industry which helped Drew along the way as she was a standout student with natural talent and an eye for detail.

Having an eye for colour and detail, Drew uses her creative vision to apply makeup on her clients’ faces, tailoring each application to enhance the clients’ natural beauty and her aim is to always bring out the best version of her client. Drew inspires her clients to look and feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.

Sydney Lashes & Co: In 2022 Drew launched her own lash range under the Sydney Hair & Makeup Co umbrella with lashes to suit all looks. Lashes:

Drew has developed great relationships over the years with many wedding vendors. She consistently collaborates with amazing wedding vendors which helps to inspire brides for wedding ideas to help design their vision for the big day.

During Drew’s career she has worked on various Films, TV segments and music videos. TV and film due to her ability to create natural to glam looks. With her extensive experience and creativity she helps singers and artists achieve their desired looks.  

Music videos are one of her favourites as she gets to sometimes create three completely different looks in one day for one video clip. Like in the music video below:

Drew has worked for many fashion houses over the years and has created looks for editorial shoots, look books and e-commerce. With her capability of doing a natural look to glam she helps fashion houses visions come to life. Drew was also trained in makeup for photography and film which helps her create flawless looks on camera or film. 

No editorial can happen without a hairstylist and makeup artist. Hair and makeup is a key factor in the fashion world and every editorial spread.
