Drew as a young child was always creative and had a passion for hair from a very young age. She cut her  brother's hair acting like a hairdresser when she was just three years old. Yes you may laugh. When Drew was 8 years old her mother taught her how to braid on her barbie doll. Her mother and family always saw and said she had a natural talent for hair from a young age.

After completing high school she chose to further herself in the corporate world. She completed her administration course then Diploma in Business Management and furthered up the corporate ladder for 10 years. During her corporate years she decided to finally get into hairdressing. Drew then at age 25 enrolled at a private hairdressing college in Broadway, Sydney and completed her hairdressing certificate while still working in corporate. During her hairdressing course she realised she had a passion for Hairstyling! After she completed her hairdressing course she immediately enrolled into her first hairstyling course! That was just the beginning.

Thirsty for knowledge and experience in hairstyling (No YouTube or Instagram back then) Drew continued training with various hairstylists all over Sydney and even travelled interstate to further her knowledge and experience. During this period Drew was going through stage 3 breast cancer treatment. That didn't stop her! She put all her energy into her education and even opened up a salon to keep her mind off her treatment. The rest is history and she has continued to further and push her knowledge and understanding in hairstyling. As she says herself "Education and training is important, you can never have enough education”.
